At Offbeat Destination, we understand that travel plans can change. Please read our policy carefully before booking your Sundarban tour.

Cancellation by Guests

  • 7 days or more before tour date: 80% refund of total payment.
  • 3–6 days before tour date: 50% refund of total payment.
  • Less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.

No-show or last-minute cancellations: No refund.

Cancellation by the Company

In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or safety concerns

In such cases, we will provide:

  • A full refund, or
  • Option to reschedule the tour to a different date

Changes to Bookings

  • Guests may request changes to tour dates or packages, subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply if the new package or date differs in price or services.

Special Notes

  • Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.

  • Refunds do not include bank or transaction fees.

  • All cancellations or modification requests must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
